What a credit buys

A credit is a unit of work, not a subscription tier — one dollar is 250 of them. A fair is priced by its size, so these are rates rather than totals.

Exhibitor list1,025 credits

Finds the directory and reads the first 200 stands. Long directories are read to their end, 1,000 credits a pass after the first.

Company profiles1,000 credits / 25 companies

What every company on the list sells, read off their own site. Bought with the list, in one press.

ICP scoring250 credits a fair

Every booth judged against who you sell to, with the reason quoted.

People1,000 credits / 8 stands

Speakers, panelists and stand contacts, plus one run over the agenda. Never a constructed email address.

Company Search220 credits

One company: which fairs it will be at, who is going, what it posted.

A fair, priced end to end

Pengo quotes every press before you make it. This is what the quote looks like on a middling fair.

People are the separate purchase, and the big one: every stand walked is about 26,000 credits at this size.

Which means the plain version: Starter does not cover one fair of that size in a single month. Pro covers two. We would rather say that here than have you find it out in week one.

Top-up packs

A plan's allowance expires each month. A pack does not — it sits on the account until it is spent.

Small$92,000 credits
Medium$297,000 credits
Large$9924,000 credits

Packs are priced slightly above the plan rate rather than below it. A top-up buyer has just finished a month’s allowance, which means fresh fairs and the most expensive research we run — a volume discount there would put the cheapest credits on the costliest work.

The rest of it, without the asterisks

  • There is no free tier. There is no trial that quietly bills you either — a plan is a plan.
  • Your monthly allowance is spent before anything you bought outright, so the expiring balance goes first.
  • The quoted price is the price charged. A pass that establishes nothing settles as failed and releases in full.
  • A fair somebody else already researched costs you the same as it cost them. The catalog is shared; your scores are not.
  • Every plan includes the MCP server. The REST API and webhooks start at Pro.
